Chillax and Indulge
Tired of hearing the doom and gloom our economy is in? Worried about global warming, losing your job, finding a job or getting in shape? Stop and smell the roses! Life is short and extremely precious so forget your worries even just for a moment. A well earned rest and indulgence will re-charge your batteries and provide you with the energy required to tackle today’s challenges.
1. Get outside listen to the birds, feel the wind enjoy the warmth of the sun. Not only is a moderate amount of sun good for you but you’ll
realize that the world is much larger than any problems you’re currently experiencing
2. Get together with a group of friends to do each other’s nails. The social interaction is healthy and fun as well as very affordable. This may not be applicable to the majority of men.
3. Eat a few rows of dark chocolate and don’t feel bad! Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants which do everything from help prevent cancer to fight heart disease!
4. Earn your favorite burger, ice cream or cake with a long run or walk! Don’t do it too often and really enjoy it.

6. Unload and share your stresses and concerns with someone you can trust will listen without casting criticism. Studies have shown those that share their concerns with others cope better.
7. Get a good night’s sleep. Take a warm bath or shower before bed, spend 5 minutes after the shower or batch taking long deep breathes focusing entirely on your breathing. Every time your mind wanders refocus on your breathing. Then let your worries disappear until tomorrow.
8. Write down everything you’ve achieved over the last couple of years, take as long as you like to do this and update the list whenever anything new springs to mind. Many problems of stress stem from focusing on minor problems and forgetting the positive moments. Stop for a moment and read over your list.
9. Chunk the problems you’re experiencing. Write down everything you need to achieve or fix on a list. Chunk the list into small manageable tasks and reward yourself with a small break or another chillax hour every time you knock a ‘chunk’.
