Unless you’ve purchased from us before we highly recommend following our sizing guide. If your boots are not sized correctly not only will you be missing out on ridiculous comfort properly sized boots offer but you could be overstretching and weakening the leather in your boots. After you're done sorting out size take a look at our boot guide if you haven't already decided which style to buy and if you're looking for tips on what to wear with your new boots we've got plenty of fashionable ideas for you as well.
Should I use my US/UK/EUR Size or CM Measurement?
Unless you’ve purchased a pair of whooga boots in the past the safest way to ensure a comfortable fit is to use the CM measurement on the sizing chart. Unfortunately many shoe manufacturers do not use a common sizing system and so the pair of US 7 shoes that fit you perfectly may not be the same size as a pair of US 7 Whooga boots. It does make sizing painful (and we will gladly exchange if your size is not perfect) Follow the sizing instructions below and the fit will be spot on, first time.
Measuring your foot
Place a piece of paper on the ground and stand on it flat footed. Now place mark at your heel and at your tallest toe. Take the measurement between these two sizes and use this on the sizing chart. If your measurement is not spot on take the closest size.
Calf Sizing
These measurements are based on the most popular (US6 – US8) sizes. Larger and smaller sizes will vary slightly.
Classic Tall
If you’re interested in purchasing a pair of classic tall boots and concerned about your calves fitting take a measurement of your calf
circumference around 7” (18cm) up from the base of your foot. If your circumference is more than 12.5” (32cm) we suggest a classic short boot.
Classic Short
The circumference of the opening of the classic short is approx 14” (36cm). Take a measurement of your calf circumference approximately 7”(18cm)
up from the base of your foot. If your calf circumference is more than 14” (36cm) then you will need to consider a classic short.
Classic Short
The classic short boot is ankle height, just ensure your foot measurement is accurate and sizing should be very comfortable.
Are ugg boots true to size?
There is a popular misconception that ugg boots should be sized-down to cater for stretching. We only recommend sizing up if you fall between sizes. (If your foot measures 25.5cm we advise purchasing a 26cm boot size). We have already adjusted the boots to fit this size foot perfectly. Please do not take the measurement of your existing shoe in size up or down, you’re playing Russian roulette and we do not pay for the cost of shipping when you have not followed our sizing instructions.
Do ugg boots stretch?
Yes, the thickness of the merino inner fleece will vary between each and every pair of ugg boots and so no two pairs will feel or fit exactly the same. Over a couple of weeks or depending upon how often you wear your ugg boots they will gradually stretch and mold to the contours of your foot. If the boots feel a little loose, this is really no major problem as the a fit too tight will cause the boot to stretch too much and weaken the leather.
Can I exchange if I buy the wrong size?
If you have followed our sizing guide and the size is still wrong we will exchange at no cost. If you haven’t followed the sizing guide we will still exchange but we kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping. For this reason we do ask that you take a little extra time and measure your foot, we’ll both be much happier if you receive the perfect fit first time around!
